Demolition of the Babri Masjid

(19 year later .. Still waiting for justice)

On December 6, 1992, a large crowd of Hindu Karsevaks (volunteers) entirely destroyed the 16th-century Babri mosque in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India, in an attempt to reclaim the land known as Ram Janmabhoomi (the mythological birthplace of the god Ram). The demolition occurred after a rally supporting the movement turned violent and resulted in several months of intercommunal rioting between India's Hindu and Muslim communities, causing the death of at least 2,000 people.

Lahore Resolution '23th march 1940'

Fajlil Haque proposed historical Lahore Resolution on Lahore conference of Muslim league on 22-24 th March in 1940 presided by Mohammad Ali Jinna. The main purpose of Lahore Resolution was regional independence, self-control and sovereignty.

Earthquake of Bam city '2003'

A powerful earthquake struck southeastern Iran on December 26, 2003, killing over 43,000 people, injured 20,000, left 60,000 homeless and destroyed much of the city of Bam. The USGS National Earthquake information center is reported a magnitude of 6.6 for the quake, which was located just southwest of the city. About 60 percent of the buildings in Bam were destroyed. The old quarter and a 2,000-year-old citadel (severely damaged by the earthquake) were built primarily of mud brick.

Famine of ‘76’ (chiattorer-monnontor) : The economy of Bangla was becoming miserable for merits of diarchy and suppression by the officer of British company.

Food crisis was found for destroying crops by drought and rainlessness in this extreme corruption of the people of Bangla in 1770. The pathetic scene of death was found every where of the country. For this one-third people of the country died.

Many people ate the meat of dead people for hunger. This famine of Bangla was going on for 20/25 years.
